We are looking for Senior Illustrators with strong artistic range and production experience to create high-quality illustrative assets that help improve the visual identity of our projects. This role is ideal for an artist who excels at visual storytelling, thrives in stylized rendering, and enjoys collaborating closely with art directors and cross-disciplinary teams to bring worlds, characters, and moments to life. As a senior member of the team, you will not only deliver polished, production-ready illustrations but also help elevate the quality bar, support other artists, and contribute to a consistent and cohesive visual language across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality illustrations featuring anything from characters, environments, props, and UI elements.
Develop exploratory sketches, concepts, and final rendered illustrations.
Execute stylized illustrations with strong rendering, clear storytelling, dynamic poses, and impactful composition.
Adapt to a wide range of visual styles while maintaining consistency within each project’s established aesthetic.
Help maintain visual consistency by contributing to style guides, references, and visual documentation.
Qualifications:
Proven professional experience as an Illustrator in games, animation, tabletop, or related interactive media.
A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality illustration work, including characters, environments, key art, or marketing imagery.
Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, anatomy, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work across multiple styles while maintaining cohesion within a defined art direction.
Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for craftsmanship and team growth.
Strong concepting skills with the ability to ideate, explore, and iterate visually from loose sketches through final illustration.
Experience creating stylized trading cards, splash art, tabletop RPG illustrations, or highly polished marketing images.
Exceptional stylized rendering skills with a focus on mood, materials, and visual clarity.
Proven ability to tell compelling stories through illustration using dynamic poses, expressive characters, and cinematic composition.
Experience developing key art that communicates character, tone, and narrative at a glance.
Familiarity with visual development workflows for IP-driven projects or franchise-based worlds.
