At Dardo Studios, the role of Art Community and Marketing Manager is essential to bridging the gap between our creative vision and the global art community. This position goes beyond traditional marketing, focusing on cultivating meaningful relationships with artists and art communities worldwide. By owning our external voice and leading our brand development efforts, you will help shape Dardo's presence within the various sub communities, ensuring that we not only showcase our work but also contribute to the broader art ecosystem.
About you
As the Art Community and Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with the art leadership, recruiting, and production teams to craft and execute a comprehensive communication strategy across multiple platforms. You'll be at the forefront of our community engagement efforts, from managing our presence on LinkedIn, X, instagram, Cara, ArtStation, to organizing events, podcasts, and live streams. Your leadership will be instrumental in building and maintaining our own Dardo community, ensuring it’s a safe and inclusive space for artists to thrive. Additionally, you will play a key role in our recruitment strategy, helping to attract top talent and unify our voice across global audiences. This position is ideal for a passionate communicator with a deep understanding of the art and video game industries, who is eager to contribute to a creative environment where artists can produce their best work.
This is a Contract position with the possibility of turning into a Full-time role.
